Mountain getaway

Our stay was great. We had a great time going to nowhere pizza and bighorn bistro right down stairs from our condo and the spa for massages. Our condo was very quiet and peaceful and so close to the ski lifts. We locked our house card in the pool house one night after it closed and a man from the office came out and helped us back into our room which was super nice. We took the bus to River Run one night and did dinner. We skiied for 3 days and did snowmobiling one day which was greatWe really enjoyed our time here and everything was a perfect 5 night get away in the mountains.

Had trouble at the beginning with logistics and finding the condo BUT Jacob from maintenance went out of his way to come find us and guide us to Our place. He was a great rep for your establishment and literally turned our frustrating start around

First Keystone Visit

1. The Mr Coffee machine is not working properly can't make one cup of coffee or keep that minimal amount of coffee warm. 2. Took multiple calls and multiple trips to the office to get key card access to the pool / sauna house resolved. Apparently those were supposed to be readily available in the room. Not our room. 3. Way too much noise! We were on the 3rd floor. Not sure if it was construction or a family with numerous kids but the noise above us was every night and every morning. We did not get much sleep. 4. The base board heater in the bed room makes a clicking or tapping noise on an escalating de-escalating tempo every 15 -20 min. Between it and the noise above us we did not get much sleep. My girlfriend didn't leave the condo after the 3rd day.

Very Relaxing Trip

The property was beautiful, the views out of the window and porch are amazing with the pond and the mountains in view. The condo was very clean and had all of the amenities I could imagine! They were doing a little construction around the lake that made it a little tricky to walk around but that was a temporary project and didn't cause much of a hassle. I would for sure stay here again!

Get aways trip

Property was clean, convenient location, shuttle service right in the front of the building. Did not try pool, it was a bit of a walk through outdoor. Nice view of skating rink and very short walkway to surrounding trails. Overall I would recommend and likely return.

Wonderful view, Great location, Decent amenities, Management needs work

This condo was exactly as described. Wonderful view, convenient location, and community pool and hot tub were just a few buildings away. The cleanliness was not great, there were no extra towels, the check-in process was inconvenient, and it was difficult to get in touch with the property manager after business hours. Jacob (the SkyRun employee we finally were able to reach with VRBO's help), however, deserves 6 stars. He was courteous, helpful, and kind when helping us get settled in and for that we are grateful.

Great Location

Loved being able to look out the window and seeing the mountains and watching people ice skating and playing hockey. Condo is very comfortable and has everything you need. Close to lifts and village.

Great stay

Overall a great place to stay and right on the pond to watch people skating. Has the pots, pans and corkscrew. The garage was nice and fit the F150 4x4 we had. Slight misses are the water temp in the shower does not get really hot which would have been nice after a long day of skiing. The water temp in the kitchen and bathrooms was fine so not a water heater thing. The pilot light was out on the fireplace but if you are comfortable lighting a water heater pilot light then this is not a big deal. I would stay here again.

Great location with a garage!

This condo was clean and in good condition. The fireplace did not work when we got there but they sent someone the next day to fix it. It ended up that we didn't need it anyway. The condo was extremely warm (even with the heat basically off) that we had either the windows or balcony door open when we were in the unit. The laundry room is very close to the unit and it IS free. They are coin operated machines with the coin slots blocked. If you need a dark bedroom, bring a sleep mask. The lights outside are pretty bright. The garage is the best part of this condo. It was nice to keep the snow off the car and loading and unloading were much easier. We would stay here again.

Great location, comfortable condo

We stayed here in Dec 2022 with our two kids, 5 and 8 years old. They condo was perfect. Pull out sofa was comfortable and had an additional mattress pad. Plenty of storage and a fully equipped kitchen. We appreciated the coffee and filters! Loved the view of the lake and mountains. We could not get the fireplace to turn on, but not a big deal. Loved having two vanities. Location was great, easy to go around Keystone or in the surrounding area. Pool and hot tub were a little bit of a walk with littles, but not too bad.
