Great place to stay to ski Keystone

The property was very clean and well maintained. Biggest plus was the proximity to the resort, and the bus stop for the free shuttle being a couple hundred feet down the road. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent place to stay

The property was clean and a great location, a short drive away from several towns, a beautiful view of the nearby mountains and reservoir/lake. The check-in and check-out processes were clear and easy. Would highly recommend this and nearby properties.

Great rental everything needed was there. Living area had great views, very quiet and beautiful scenery around. Very close to Vail, Breckenridge and Keystone. Would highly recommend this property.

Our groups only bummer moment was how early check-out was and how quick our trip ended! Not related to our lodging, be advised that finding Uber rides past 7pm was a bit of a challenge. High End Rental w/Amazing Customer Service

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental did NOT disappoint! We were in awe from the minute we walked in. The condo was gorgeous and they didn't spare any expense to make sure it is luxurious, but the views....NEXT LEVEL. We loved our stay and had everything we needed. We were so close to everything, but could have stayed in the condo the whole time. Lots of games and movies and plenty of space. Really felt like home. Will definitely stay again, if it is available. I would assume it will stay booked, so book early!

Perfect home & location for our group!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home! Perfect layout and plenty of space for our group. The Murphy bed was a great bonus that allowed everyone room to spread out. Home is close to the shuttle for resort access. Communication was excellent and the email/app they send has all the info you will need for your stay (in reference to the home and the surrounding amenities). The only feedback for improvement I would offer is the floor heat system was very slow to respond (which they tell you in the printed info in the house) but it stayed way too hot/dry and we didn't find the humidifier till the last day:) and I wish the balcony had the snow removed - as we were not able to use it and I didn't want to shovel myself and damage the wood, etc by accident). Really minor and overall it was a fabulous home & stay!!

Inaccurate listing and dirty property

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were looking for a property that had a hot tub and this was listed as one of the amenities. The hot tub was located in a different community and required we drive to it. The unit had trash that had not been removed when we first arrived, the master smelled like womens perfume, 2 out of 3 bathrooms did not have shampoo, there was dust on the fans, pictures, and shelves, and there was no hot tub key. We called the management company and the girl told us that the manager left for the weekend and told her should would have to deal with us. She said it was stated in the ad the hot tub was at Dakota Lodge. We are not from the area and did not know it was over a half mile away in a different community. They said they would have marketing update the ad but they would not refund any fees. She told us to submit a complaint after we checked out about the other issues and they would negotiate a refund with us. I submitted the complaint after we checked out and they asked us for pictures of everything and would not refund unless we sent them pictures. We had pictures of the dust but did not take pictures of anything else and were not informed we would need pictures when we stopped by the management office to try and resolve during our stay. We paid a premium and hefty cleaning fees and ended up in a dirty rental unit that was not accurately advertised and have since spent several hours on this issue. I would avoid this place and any rental from this management company.
