Host was friendly and check in was easy. Shirt walk or ride to the lifts. Dining and shopping around the corner. On site management keeps the road salted, wven with a good amount of snowfall we had no issues getting in or out. The house is warm and inviting. Plenty of room for tour family to spread out. The hotun was an excellent way to reoax acter a long day on the slopes.

Family Reunion

Wonderful stay. Well equipped home for family dinners and game nights. Good central location to Keystone village and festival and town if Dillon restaurants and shopping. Comfortable beds. Ample towels and great bed linens.

Great Condo!

Really great condo. Perfect location, great layout, very comfortable. Property is super quiet, and loaded with everything you need to enjoy yourself. Clean and easy all around. Will for sure come back.

Mountain House Ski Vacation

Great townhome property. Super amenities especially the in-unit hot tub/sauna and the gourmet kitchen. Terrific location. Management company was excellent. Only negative is that there is no shuttle or bus service to the slopes that are nearby but too far to walk.

Keystone Getaway

Beautiful townhouse in a great location. Plenty of amenities and comfortable furnishings. All in all it was a great stay the only complaint we had was the high windows in the master bedroom let bright sunlight in the room once the sun comes up which makes sleeping in very difficult. We would definitely stay again despite the lack of window coverings on those windows

The unit was beautiful, everything we wanted for a Christmas morning in close proximity to the mountains. There are several concerns and comments. 1. The hot tub room was unusable, the chlorine smell was overwhelming and filled the entire house when we tried to use it. Several occupants began coughing from the smell. 2. The lift/bump in the floor by the bar was a tripping hazard3. Articles of clothing left in the washer/dryer when we arrived. 4. Unit needs trashbags, only one found.

Just Okay

The kitchen was well stocked. Had to walk 1.2 miles each way to the Gondola because the bus route was too far away. Crossing the highway on foot was terrible. The townhome needs a deep, deep cleaning. Spots on the carpet, dirty throw rugs, slimy hot tub.

The dry sauna did not work at all. Hot tub maintenance guy game in the door without knocking. Garage was never swept.

Plenty of room we’re able to host a family for dinner. It was also in Keystone. Our kids love the hot tub, sauna, and steam room. It was so nice having that right inside the home. Being able to park in the garage was a big bonus. The Sonos surroundsound was a very nice touch. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience. Everything far exceeded our expectations. We knew from the pictures the condo was exceptional and it truly was. Everything was first quality from the bed linens to oversized bath towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed (except for groceries!). The gas range is first class. We loved the heated floors, wood burning fire place and the convenience of the garage. Most of all, we all took advantage of the private hot tub and sauna area. Great way to relax after a full day on the slopes. I have to say, the resort management staff welcomed us, stayed in constant contact and responded to our every need and request to make sure our stay in Enclave #28 was the best it could be.
