Large Waterfront home completely renovated in gated community and upscale area. 2/2 upstairs complete with separate downstairs 1/1 efficiency including it's own kitchen and living room.
Home is located 12 houses away from the Bay and near many restaurants and attractions. BRAND NEW POOL INSTALLED. Enjoy sunset cruises, island hopping and dock-side dining. 70' of waterfront, large dock and 2 kayaks available for free. Message me for >6 guests.

My home sleeps 6 adults very comfortably. If you have more than 6 people in your party, please message me before you book so we can discuss your accommodations.
Although it is in the description, this home has a separate 1/1 efficiency with a full kitchen, living room area, and bathroom downstairs accessible from the outside only. It is perfect for grandma and grandpa or guests that just want a little privacy.
