Book your dream vacation for two weeks and the home is EXCLUSIVELY your’s for the whole month. Example: Book the 7th through the 21st and check in early or check out late (with overlap verification/ approval first). It’s yours from the 1st to 28th! …………………………………………………………. Home features 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom upstairs with a pull out memory foam king mattress couch and a 3rd full bathroom downstairs for extra accommodations.

There is a grill to cook your catch or toss on your store bought items. The Cuban Cafe Con Leche locally is way better than making coffee at home but there are two drip style coffee machines with filters.

Unit has a 70” LED Smart TV in the living room and a 50” LED Smart TV in the master bedroom. There are 4 kayaks with kayak carts for easy transportation, that can be used to take the kayaks to the small private beach, or launch them at the community boat ramp (which is closer).

Publix is near by and many places to eat or experience locally.

Feels like Home

Home was immaculate, comfortable and cozy. Could not have asked for anything more. Home was equipped with everything we needed including bikes and kayaks. Host, Ryan, was very friendly and gave suggestions regarding the area that made our trip perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Very enjoyable 9-day stay

We will definitely choose to stay at this home again if our travels take us to Key Largo in the future. The owner, Ryan, is one of the main reasons we would stay again. He could not have been easier or more helpful before and during our rental time. He was very easy to contact and quick with a response. His restaurant and shopping suggestions were spot on. The house was nice and comfortable and super clean! Kitchen and baths were generously supplied with needed items for a stress free stay. We used the kayaks several times and the water was clean and warm. No sargassum seaweed issues at the private beach. Overall our Key Largo vacation was wonderful!

Beautiful new home in key largo!

A beautiful new build in Key Largo! Very clean! Very close to everything in town. Owner was very prompt in responding and giving ideas of things to do. Will definitely recommend to anyone!

Just what the Dr ordered!

I can't say enough good things about this property and owner! Check in and check out were about as easy as it gets. The home is absolutley spotless...probably the cleanest vrbo we've ever stayed at. Nicely decorated and well stocked with all your basics. My family enjoyed the kayaks a few nights as well as drinks at the community beach. Evening walks in the neighborhood are must! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Great house, we would definitely book again!

Check-in/Check-out was very simple. The house was immaculately clean upon our arrival...probably the cleanest rental property we've ever stayed in. The host was very quick to respond to our messages and even left us a nice welcome gift in the fridge.

Peaceful & Perfect

The house was Amazing and Perfect. Such a great little community and surrounding area. Never felt more safe. So much to do around the town and the owner Ryan made us feel so at home. He kept in touch with us to be sure our stay was what we had hoped for. Always just a quick text away! Thank you Ryan for an awesome experience. We will definitely use the kayaks next time!
