This was advertised as a 5 bedroom/3 bath. There were only 4 bedrooms which we were able to share a room, but it was inconvenient as we were a group of 5 women. The kitchen was very dirty, sticky cabinets, crumbs and hair in drawers, broken potato chips, etc. The house had been closed up with the heat on for a few days before we arrived and the smell inside was horrible, had to open all windows to try to air out. The outside was great but again needs some replacements and updates. One bedroom has a broken light that has been commented on in several reviews, and when I asked about it, maintenance said it is broken, but the fan works. The table lamp is not enough light for this dark bedroom without any outside windows (window into living area), and the shade is broken so you cannot open up the shade anyway (also commented on before). If the light is broken it should be replaced. George, the maintenance person was always friendly, but the maintenance or actual repairs and replacements are lacking. Furniture in living room dirty, etc. Not the furniture in the pictures. Could really be a great place but is showing its age.
