Disliked: Listing accuracy
Well first of all during the booking process it showed a 100 discount so I went ahead and kept booking,at another stage it forced me to buy a 60 insurance or give a 1500 deposit and it gave no other option and it never gave me a chance to see the total price until after I booked and there was no refund after I booked. Also they charged me a 75 cleaning fee then told me I had to wash the towels and load the dishwasher, why did I have to pay a fee for me to clean? Overall it was a basement apartment and they listed it as a suite, low ceilings made me feel a little closed in, not happy for the price I paid I could've had a lot better
