My Go To Place in Kathmandu

The Acme Guest House has been my hotel of choice since I first came to Kathmandu in 2015. So much so that I started bringing groups in 2016 who all agree that it is the perfect place to stay on a budget. The staff is consistently helpful, kind and welcoming.

Although I told the receptionist that I had already paid for the stay to Hotels.com and showed him the receipt, he insisted that I should pay for the stay to the hotel.. He said that they did not receive anything from Hotels.com.

The hotel itself was fine, it just doesn’t have a noise policy and is in a very popular part of town so other guests were very loud until very late in the night. The room was comfortable and had hot water in the bathroom which was so nice. Good walking distance from many popular locations.

Poor unclean guest house

Very poor guest house.room not clean.towels dirty..over all very poor..no need to stay in bhaktapur..stay in khatmandu and take only a day trip to bhaktapur ..can finish the tour in two hours..
