We booked this hotel because it had a waterslide and an a restaurant next door. Well the water slide was not working and according to staff had been so for several months. The restaurant was under construction. We could have stayed in a nicer place for less. When calling Expedia they denied knowing that the slide was broken even though several reviews stated this

We booked the hotel for the waterslide and when we got there it was out of order. We were willing to pay more for the hotel as we had children and they would use the waterslide. I could have got a better hotel for cheaper had I known the slide was down. The pool area was gross!! There was tons of sand at the bottom of the hot tuba d in the pool as well. It says to shower before using the pool but they provide NO showers, if the expectation is to use the shower in your room that’s gross as nobody wants to walk through the hotel wet, especially when towels are kept T the front desk. I will say we won’t stay here again ……EVER!!

Walking to local amenities was easy, and had a lot of choice. The room was clean, but shows its age. The sofa bed was definitely uncomfortable and there was not enough pillows or towels for number of people in the reservation

I got triple charged and yes I said triple charged so now I have to wait so many business days to get my refund hopefully soon on one of the charges as one was given back with cash. We went away as a family for a nights stay but the inconvenience and stress this caused. We got a free nights stay but I think that was the least we should get after I had to show them my bank account also to show front end what had happened at 7am in the morning After this all was sorted by the manager around a hour later i was told the previous afternoon staff has made the errors so great training on that part and a good job i noticed in my bank account the errors. So never again will I stay here.

It was absolutely awful. This site requires a substantial overall as it does NOT meet brand standards. So so disappointed. From the black mold to the broken screeching air conditioner - every where we looked out of order signs.

A Supergr-8 time!

It was better than we expected. Customer service was excellent and they were very understanding when we expressed a concern about a leaky toilet. They upgraded our room to a theme room, which was amazing!
