Great Caddo location
This property is secluded and beautifully situated on the bayou part of the lake. We very much enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to all the sounds of nature. It was large enough for our group of 5 and 2 dogs and we were able to cook all of our meals there. On the otherhand there were many many lightbulbs either burned out or broken and there was only one working light on the porch. It would have been much more enjoyable had there been more working light fixtures. Also, the amount of towels provided were very minimal meaning we had 5 people but only 4 towles and no dish/hand towels were provided either. Luckily we had extras that we brought but it would have tough had we not. The only other complaint would be that the outside (porches, decks, etc) needed to be cleaned of cobwebs, etc. Other than those things we enjoyed this immensely and would rent again. Thank you.

Hideaway
We stayed at the property a year ago when it was a new listing. Some of the same things were still not fixed. Upstairs toilet needs fixed, it clogged. The living room only had 3 or 4 bulbs in the ceiling fan lights. It was not as clean as it was last year. There were not enough towels left for a three night stay. It was a disappointment because we thought it would be taken better care of and we will not stay again. It was not worth the price.
