Surrounded by water, on a narrow spit of land between the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz and the Schlei, this modern holiday home with vintage elements is located directly on the water with a spectacular view of the water. Highlights include the roof terrace with all-round panoramic views, the private wellness area and guaranteed cosiness with a wood-burning stove and underfloor heating. A cheerful start to the day is also guaranteed, as the Schlei promises impressive sunrises.

This spacious holiday home can accommodate six people on four levels for a dream holiday. Each living level has an outdoor area in the form of an adjoining terrace with a phenomenal view of the water. Barbecuing together on the water level or a romantic breakfast at sunrise on the roof terrace with 360-degree water views, sunbathing or chilling out on the high-quality garden furniture - a holiday feeling is guaranteed in this holiday home.

Stylishly furnished and equipped to a high standard, the eat-in kitchen also leaves nothing to be desired. Here you can conjure up delicious holiday meals.

Underfloor heating, a wood-burning stove and a private wellness area provide cosy comfort at any time of year. When you return from a walk on the beach, you can relax in the Finnish sauna with a view of the water or in the bathtub. The Smart TV with Telekom Home Entertainment programme also provides indoor entertainment.



Two bedrooms invite you to dream, because here too, floor-to-ceiling windows offer new perspectives on the immediate water backdrop. Wake up rested and enjoy the Baltic Sea breeze - the Schlei bedroom on the 1st floor offers direct access to the surrounding terrace. With a hot drink, guests can watch nature wake up and start an unforgettable day on holiday.

Three bathrooms, one on each level, ensure complete holiday comfort. The fully equipped bathroom on the 1st floor is fitted with a bathtub and offers access to the surrounding terrace. The sauna with adjoining shower room is located on the 2nd floor. A guest WC on the ground floor offers additional comfort.



Two private car parking spaces and a bicycle shed are available in front of the house.
