Disliked: Cleanliness
The check in was fine .But when host how safe of an area the location was. She did not respond. And that could have been a sign the first night we were there we heard gun shots just a few doors down . My husband and son on law were outside on the front porch smoking three cop cars pulled up stopped on the road way asked them if they heard gunshots my husband pointed them into the direction thet came from needless to say it was too close for comfort for us to keep our daughter and her 3 young kids there so we left the next day . And people were very hard to get ahold of and when I did I got the run around .

Property was reserved weeks in advance, but was double booked when we arrived. No communication received from property owner on day of booking, even though they had answered questions two days earlier. Owner did not answer my messages or direct calls from VRBO support. Unable to find alternative housing for the night due to the late cancellation. VRBO did issue a full refund, which was the only positive part of the experience.
