Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Before checkout, please wash & put away dishes, or place dishwasher-safe items in the dishwasher and run it before departure. Return indoor/outdoor furniture and games to their original locations.
If the grill was used, properly dispose of coals, clean the grate with the brush provided, and return the grill to its original location once cooled, and replace the cover.
Place bagged trash in grey bin on north side of front porch. Leave keys on kitchen countertop, including fire pit lock, gas key, and front/back door keys. Turn off lights and lock all doors & windows.

Incredible!!!!What a beautiful home with amazing amenities. It truly felt like home away from home. The owner was helpful and kind. She gave suggestions on where to go and what to see during the holiday weekend. Besides the beautiful home, the location was equally perfect. The home was 2 blocks from the street car stop. Which allowed us to park the car and just use the city street car. (The street car is clean, safe and reliable)We loved everything about our time in KC and the home was the cherry on top. I would definitely come back here again.
