Its proximity to downtown and other local amenities makes it the ideal location from from which you can enjoy metro Kansas City/ Gladstone and the surrounding areas (without the hustle and bustle of the city) whether you're in town for business or pleasure.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is walkable. Most other areas require a short drive. Uber/Lyft is also very accessible. Easy to get to major roads and highways for day trips, etc. Our home is only minutes away from local attractions.



Other Things to Note:

House Rules. No Smoking Inside, No Parties. No Guests Beyond

Maxium Capacity. THIS HOME IS NOT PET FRIENDLY.

Be kind to the neighbors. If you break the no party rule, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. Suspected parties or multiple, non-paid guests visiting will be promptly removed by owner. We keep a keen eye on things and expect to host five-star guests.





EARLY CHECK INS.

We are unable to accomodate early check in at this time as our cleaners need the full time to ensure everything is ready for our next guests.



Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
