This is a private unit located in the walk-out basement of a single-family home in a quiet suburban neighborhood. The space has been fully separated from the main residence, offering guests privacy and comfort throughout their stay. Ideal for travelers seeking a calm, residential setting with easy access to nearby amenities.

*Guest Access*
The unit is accessible via a private entrance located at the rear of the property. Guests will follow a brick pathway along the side of the house, which leads directly to the entrance door. The pathway is illuminated in the evening to provide safe and convenient access at all hours. This arrangement ensures privacy and ease of entry without interaction with the main residence

*Other Small Details*
The unit is furnished with a single queen sized bed. Two roll-away memory foam foldable beds and a comfortable queen air mattress (topped with mattress pad) are available upon request for additional guests. The space is ideal for 3-4 guests, however 6 is possible if needed.
