My room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were consistently professional and courteous, interactions were efficient without feeling impersonal, which made routine tasks (check-in/out, enquiries) straightforward. Provided breakfast offered a genuinely useful range: Japanese breakfast option, or buffet choices that gave me real variety each morning and allowed for different dietary preferences. I run hot and some Japanese hotels only have heat in the fall and winter so it was nice to be able to use the AC to cool the room down to around 21 degrees centigrade which is comfortable for me. Breakfast at this hotel is always great and in the Montmarte dining room has Western and Japanese options while the Japanese restaurant on the second floor offers an amazing traditional Japanese-style breakfast so there are two breakfast options to choose from. The service from the concierge staff was amazing as always.

舖床後未有把床推至床頭板，床頭留一條罅隙而且見到地下破損了的地氈。 入住前一晚跟旅行團安排住宿的837號房，花灑水壓好弱，不能正常淋浴。
