Class accommodation in Kanazawa.

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in anywhere around the world. The room was spacious and very well equipped. The service was outstanding and the free flow of drinks for most of the day for residents was wonderful. Very adjacent to the railway station with shopping and food options galore within walking distance. Absolutely first rate in every way.

Great hotel in a good location right next to shops etc. Super breakfasts. Free drinks (beer, wine etc) all day in the lobby a really unexpected surprise. Always helpful and polite staff. Couldn't really be faulted.

Wee stayed in a studio with 2 adults 2 kids. It was great. Plenty of space, clean and modern. The free drinks in the lobby was so nice, just to have a place to sit and unwind. It was very convenient, right next to the station and if you don't mind walking, you can walk to the higashi district, castle and samurai districts. Just would have liked the ability to lower the temp in the room below 20 because the covers on the beds are too warm

Located right next to public transportation, shopping, and restaurants. Attractions are within walking distance (30 mins). Room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Amenities were great and staff were wonderful. Hotel offers a variety of drinks in the lobby for guests - a very nice added touch. Really enjoyed the stay at this hotel!!

The design and function of the hotel is attractive and enjoyable as a guest. The free drinks in the lounge are a winner, although 8pm is a little early to close. The staff in all areas were pleasant and helpful. Whilst there are many beautiful design features, finding your way in and out of the premises can be a little challenging at first. All the fittings are of very high quality and the bedding is extremely comfortable I was sorry to leave after only two nights.

Everything good except Expedia use an incorrect pictures to show room selection when l booked this hotel. Actual room stayed in this hotel was one room class below my expectation. after l checked with Hyatt house own website, found room name is the same, so l did not said anything with hotel staff, it was an error from Expedia instead.

Nice one day trip.

Spent the day in Kanazawa before moving on to Nagano. The staff was very help and was able to hold our bags while we toured the city.
