Shifting the onus onto guests for dealing with parking is management's admission that they lack imagination to come up with a workable solution to this problem. That flies in the face of industry perception where the public assumes parking is included as part of the guest fee, or as an add on feature handled by the hotel for an added fee. Be creative! You have a great reputation! Solve the problem. Excellent stay otherwise!!"

"I was in town to visit m father who was dying, he passed away during my stay. I had to extend my stay twice and was easily accommodated each time by the amazing staff. As well when they found out why I was in town I received a knock at my door shortly after arriving at my room. One of the staff had a tray with a flower, some food items and a very thoughtfully written card from Brandon. I cannot express how much this gesture meant to me. This made my stay very personable and comfortable in a very hard time. I cannot thank you all enough. There are good people in this world."

"Room was amazing and clean. They even made the beds, cleaned the bathroom and gave us fresh towels, which no hotel has done since covid. Our friends stayed in a different hotel nearby, paid quite a bit more, and it was dirty and uncomfortable. I'd stay here again!"
