The check in process took 45 minutes. The self-parking garage did not work with my key so I had to go to the front desk to get another one. There was a surprise $150 additional fee upon check-in. Getting the room cleaned is an additional fee. There is no room service i.e. food delivered to the room from the hotel restaurant. I kneeled on the couch to get to something out of my bag and it cut my knee. The pool is nice, and it is easy to walk to the plaza where the restaurants are.

Friendly staff from the doormen to the front desk. We stayed in room 5612A in a Premier Villa 1 Bedroom Suite. Even though it was on the fifth floor, we were at street level, so we had to keep the curtains closed the whole time for privacy. It was recently renovated. It had everything we needed: a king bed, sofabed, fully equipped kitchen (all large and small appliances, cookware, utensils, dinnerware, etc), fireplace, and a spacious bathroom with double sinks and freestanding bathtub. The only complaint we had was the sofabed was uncomfortable because it dipped down in the center and the frame made a loud squeak every time someone moved.

We were shocked to find out it is additional to have your room cleaned by the cleaning staff. They need to let guests know at check in this policy. Had to call to beg to have garbage removed from room, more towels, toilet paper, etc.

I booked this hotel for a b day surprise gift for my wife. I specifically did the more expensive room with the jetted tub next to the bed. When she filled it up and turn on the jets they didn’t work. We tried a few things and still didn’t work. I called the front desk and was told sorry there isn’t anything they can do and basically told me to pound sand. Needless to say I won’t be staying there again.
