A flight of stairs takes you to the top level with the sleeping areas & a second lanai! Upper level offers a king-sized bed, a sleeper sofa with curtains to separate into 2 private sleeping spaces, bedding for sofa are in the ottomans in front of sleeper sofa. A 2nd TV for streaming plus local TV access via the Spectrum App, portable A/C for a great night sleep and a large bathroom with walk in shower & separate sink area. A desk is provided for your remote work needs.

Park in your own private covered carport and access the laundry with your private use of a washer/dryer. Beach items are provided including snorkel gear 2 boogie boards beach towels, large(located to the back of the laundryroom) and 2 small coolers ( freezer packs-in freezer) snorkel gear. boogie boards, & straw beach mats, pool noodles, beach umbrella & beach chairs.

Ceiling fans in each room along with portable fans on each floor. Jalousie windows and large sliding doors provide a cooling tropical breeze.
