3. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Those violating this will be fined.
4. BBQs are available in the pool area between 9 AM and 9 PM, for groups of larger than 6, please notify the office at least 24 hours in advance.
5. The laundry room is available between 8 AM and 10 PM. Please leave the laundry room neat and clean at all times.
6. The pool area is open between the hours of 8 AM and 9 PM. Further pool rules are posted in the pool area and should be followed at all times while in use.
7. Only park in your assigned parking spots. Guest spots are for non-residents and should only be used for 3 hours MAX.

I booked for myself and my daughter (21). This listing was a perfect location and perfect for the two of us. We had everything we needed. There were items for the beach that were fantastic to use. The bed was super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Looked ok in photo. Need to tell occupants that there are many stairs when on third floor and no elevator for carrying luggage. kitchen a bit dirty. Sink faucet very wobbly. No dishwashing rack provided. Check light switches as two had no plastic cover. We were dismayed. Location was good for walking and as you already know GPS directions are weird, but after a couple of days we got it.

Would be nice to include some coffee and coffee filters for your rental, also maybe include an ice box for ice in the freezer for drinks. Could suggest getting some more laying out chairs at the pool area. Overall we were pleased with this rental.

due to a sudden water leak, the property was unavailable. VRBO was unwilling to bend a rule and we did not have a place to stay. they demanded proof of payment despite the owner refunding the money. we are traveling in a car in a strange place and they just said, sorry.
