Attention to the detailed and creative updates is apparent in every room, from lauhala and bamboo-finished ceilings to tile floors throughout. The bedroom features a lovely four-poster bed with a comfortable mattress and adjustable bedframe, while the bathroom’s décor includes a glass block shower partition that borders a fully tiled shower. A large lanai provides an expanded space for dining or lounging and includes privacy/sun shades for added comfort. The unit is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay.
Amenities in the complex include a nice-sized swimming pool and two sun/bbq decks, both offering beautiful views of the ocean, wonderful sunsets, Ali‘i Drive, Mokuaikaua Church, and Hulihe‘e Palace, the royal summer home—a great place to watch the parades, Ironman, canoe races, and swimmers at the pier.
Some of Kona’s most popular restaurants and shops are within a few minutes’ walk, as is easy ocean access/activities at Kamakahonu Beach and historic Ahu‘ena Heiau.

Instruction was very clear. Check in was easy. Location is the best right in the middle of town. Communication was amazing, we needed something and the host responded and got them for us right away. I'd definitely stay here again.

The kind of was close to town. It had everything that you could possibly need. The owners actually bought an air fryer for me because I didn't realize there wasn't an oven kind of the microwave is a convection,but I didn't know how to work it. I recommend it to anyone and everyone. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent condition and location
The unit was in excellent condition, quiet but at the same time at walking distance from the water, farmer's market and lots of restaurants. Lots of parking and easy access to the main roads for any daytrip.
