Even though we had a spa bath, it was very basic. Could only just open door into bathroom. The higher level kitchen cabinets were too close to door and too low so nearly knocked them several times. The fridge didn’t work properly/ only slightly cooler than room temperature.

Clean and spacious

Lovely staff who included a birthday gift and card which was a nice surprise . Good view in the distance. Room overlooks gravelled vacant land then mountains. Spacious and Very clean, bed comfortable.

Heat Issues in Outdated, Uncomfortable Hotel

Old, outdated, although the bathroom had been updated, the room was not. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. Room has a heating problem, there is a heater that can not keep up with cold whipping through the walls and windows. The toilet seat was very frigid with no heat at all in the bathroom. Tile was also very cold on your feet. Kitchenette was good. Overall, this hotel needs upgrades and since I feel heat and comfort are the most important things in a hotel, I struggled to give them even 2 stars!

Great location as eaay walk into town. Close to New World, petrol stations. While on main road, didntbrealky notice the traffic. Main rooms face the north so get all day sun streaming in.

The staff were so lovely and kind! The room was a good size for us. Everything we needed. Note that it did say that there was an oven but we were told that there wasn’t in the 2 bedroom room with spa. Glad we checked before hand. The spa was clean and the jets worked well.
