Nice place in general, but needs upkeep. Patio door is off kilter - constant wind whistle when closed. A/C was not effective, did not cool. Retractable patio door shade track is coming out of the ceiling, so the shades easily slide off track. Ceiling fan has an annoying constant tick on speed 2. Bathroom is very tiny. With only a partial glass covering the shower, no matter how you aim the shower head, water sprays all over the floor, bath mat, and bathroom door! Messy. One shower light bulb flickering. Need more hooks and/or towel bars. Entry door is hard to open and is very loud, as the upper right side of door edge is split and catches. In the main traffic area between the kitchen and bed there is a piece of flooring with 2 chipped out corners that caught on socks and scratched feet. No pretty wall decor or decorative pillows, very drab accent quilt on bed. Couldn’t locate light switch for kitchen island lights until our last day. On the other hand, we had a great view, the pool and parking were nice, we appreciated beach chairs and towels and the cooler, we had enough room for 2 people except for the bathroom, washer and dryer was nice, hangers, basic supplies and kitchen were good. We enjoyed our stay, but we feel that only with a little more upkeep, maintenance, and attention to detail would it be a place we might consider again. Thank you for taking our comments into account.
