The space This deluxe oceanfront corner apartment boasts fantastic ocean views from almost every angle. The living room, kitchen and dining area have beautiful Ocean Views straight ahead and through the large side picture window. Views of the Islands of Lanai and Molokai are unobstructed and straight ahead. These are not views out of the side of a building or looking across another balcony.
Enjoy the sound of the surf and West Maui Mountain views from the additional bedroom and bathroom windows.
Watch whales jump and teach their young during the season (Dec-April) from your private balcony. Enjoy the sunsets and sparkling coral reef views. And all year long, be thrilled with the frequent visits of the Hawaiian Green Sea turtles, considered sacred by the Native Hawaiians.
If you are really lucky, you may spot pods of local spinner dolphins and the occasional monk seal frolicking in these protected waters of West Maui. Guests tell us the views of the whales from our high-floor apartments are better than their whale-watching tours.
The building is on a unique point of land, sometimes causing the dramatic sound of incoming waves to break in from both the right and left toward the building.
Ocean conditions can change the shoreline. Occasionally with high surf, there is no sand beach directly in front, and the building is virtually in the water. There is a walkway at the back of the parking area that is always available to the beach and other resort areas if this occurs
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Hawaii has a tropical environment and Hawaii therefore has bugs. We continually treat for pests as do hotels and condos in Hawaii. However, these pests occasionally will enter regardless of our efforts. They fly into and they attach to objects brought into houses and rental units. We cannot guarantee that you will not encounter any bugs or insects during your stay. We will not refund any rental funds based on pest complaints.
