That said, the property shows craftsmanship gaps in certain construction and finish details — particularly in carpentry and masonry — where higher standards would materially elevate the resort’s overall impression. The primary weak point is the food program, which falls well below the level set by the location and service quality and deserves immediate improvement. Bottom line: exceptional setting, excellent staff, correct price point, premier location — with facility finishing and culinary execution representing the main opportunities for upgrade."
