There is only one complaint and nothing else matters. It was the worst bed that a hotel room could possibly have short of a bedbug infestation! It felt like sleeping on metal springs because that’s exactly what we were sleeping in. Expedia got us a SMALL refund from the manager but she didn’t seem to care.
