In Joyeuse, in the heart of the Mas de la Bastide self-catering village, we offer you this charming 160 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It features an attractive 60 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of approx. 1000 m².

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 60 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area and fireplace (wood at extra cost)
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: two bunk beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 4: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200), bathroom with shower, bath and separate WC + private terrace

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 40 m² semi-covered terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

Communal areas:
- Three shared swimming pools, open from mid-April to the end of September (opening dates non-contractual), including one heated pool.
- A beautiful garden of around 1000 m², shared with the other gîtes in the residence.

The house is ideally located in Joyeuse, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private garage (1 vehicle) or in the spaces in front of the house. In total, the house can accommodate up to 5 vehicles.
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the area.

Other remarks:
- Linen included as follows: Dishcloths and dishcloths for the kitchen, carpet (entrance and bathroom), mattress protector, pillowcases, comforters + plaids (winter).
- Rental linen: Pair of sheets at 10€.
- Bathroom linen not included
- The fireplace is functional, wood is available as an option (price: 10€/case of wood)
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay/pet (maximum 2 pets accepted), please specify when booking.
- All children bathing in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
