Guest Interaction & Communication

We’ll stay in touch with you via email or messaging, depending on where you booked. About 8 hours before your arrival, you’ll receive a message with everything you need for a smooth check-in, including:

Your smart lock access code and simple instructions on how to use it

The property address

A link to your online welcome manual for the home

For peace of mind, an emergency contact number is listed in the Guest Handbook, and on the day of your arrival we’ll also share the direct phone number for our Market Operations Manager should you need assistance during your stay.

Lakefront -county maintained gravel/dirt road. Please be very mindful of parking. No trailer parking- please park trailers at the South end Marina. Neighbors on either side of the property. DO NOT block the neighbors or road. Do not exceed occupancy of 6 guest at any given time.

You'll have access to the full home- minus locked owners quarters/storage.

To help ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all guests, please review the following Wallowa Lake house rules and guest guidelines. By staying in this home, guests agree to follow all rules, occupancy limits, and neighborhood standards.

Occupancy, Parties & Events
No parties or events allowed
Do not exceed the maximum occupancy listed for the home at any time
Occupancy limits apply to all guests on the property, not just overnight guests
Unauthorized gatherings or over-occupancy may result in fines, eviction, or termination of stay without refund

No Smoking
This is a non-smoking Wallowa Lake vacation rental.
No smoking inside the home or near open doors/windows
Includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, marijuana, and all smoke-producing products

Quiet Hours & Neighbor Courtesy

No loud music at any time

Delivery Policy
We do not allow shipments to vacation rentals and cannot guarantee receipt of packages. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, misdelivered, or left-behind items.

Travel & Winter Conditions
If you are visiting during the winter months:
Chains and/or traction tires are strongly recommended.
4WD or AWD vehicles are highly recommended due to icy and snowy road conditions.
Please plan ahead for winter driving—road conditions can change quickly.
