Very kind staff

The staff was probably the nicest staff I’ve ever met at any hotel! The front clerk, I forgot his name, at night was so kind and helpful. My only reasoning for taking off a star was because the AC in the room wouldn’t go past 64 but when it was at 64 it felt more like 68 and we like it cold.
