The comfortable ones were the bugs. When asked for another room due to the bugs, the staff directed me to call the manager. Multiple calls were made with no response. The experience peaked with squishing a bug under foot while trying to get ready. Will not be coming back to this location.

There was a cockroach in the bed. Beatle bugs of different sizes crawling on the floors walls and furniture. Crickets in the room and hallways and food service and eating areas. Upholstered chair in room was disgustingly dirty— you wouldn’t use it. The valance as falling off the window. Pool was out of order.

It was ok

The front desk service was amazing. We got checked into our room and it was a little warm. We figured it was because of the temperature outside. We come in the next night from being out all day. The room was scorching hot and had a mildew smell to it. Thankfully the front desk worker charlie was able to get into a new room and it made all the difference in the world. The rate was fair and parking was good. The breakfast was ok and the fruit had a weird taste to it. I would stay again but only after they maybe did a remodel or something

The property was decent, there were a lot of minkr details in the bathrooms that could have been better. The cleanliness in the bathroom was disgusting! There was still long brown curly hairs in the shower, which showed the shower was even cleaned! Loss of major points!

The actual room was ok. A tad dirty. Looked like a coke had busted down the wall and dried. Bathroom was a tad dirty, bed was comfortable but the elevator felt rough and outside seemed very shady. We were actually concerned about outlet vehicle in the parking lot. Will not be staying here again.

No pool again!

Peeling paint in places and a pool out of service led to a run down feeling. It ALWAYS disappoints when I s arch out a hotel specifically for a pool or hot tub just to find that I can't use it once I get there! The whole bait and switch thing. Hotels should be required to put up a notice when their amenities are not available.
