The staff was super kind and accomodating to the dance team. They even let us upgrade our room when we got there. The issue was the heat. Our room was extremely hot when we arrived and as the nught went on, it was very diddicult to cool down even with the windows open in the middle of winter. Becausenof thai we all got very little sleep the night before a competition. Everyrhing else was great!

I tried for two days to cancel. Your website would not let me cancel. I am not at the hotel. Yet you still charged me full price. Honestly I pissed. At your website and the hotel. Your site told me to call the hotel. I called the hotel and they told me to go through you. Unless I am refunded, I will never use your website again, ever.

When I made my reservation I noted in the special assistance section that I preferred a ground floor room due to hip and knee replacement. Upon arrival, found out no ground floor so front desk lady said she could move me to 1st floor. I was happy and appreciative. I had prepaid via Expedia. Female said room found and then told additional $15. I declined the move as thought a ‘switch and bait’ tactic. Also would prefer a coffee machine in the room. Not a deal breaker. Everything else was fine.

Homely Touch for Chain Hotel

I stayed one night on New Years Eve/Day, and appreciated the size of the room (cozy but not tight) and the power of the heating unit! The room was clean, quiet enough, and thoughtfully organized. I used the breakfast bar the next morning, enjoying sizeable bites of waffles and bagels before a run - glad to see home made cookies sneak in there!

Unfortunately if you're on a lower floor you can hear EVERYTHING people above you are doing. If you happen to get lucky and have people up until 3AM walking around and slamming doors and drawers like me I'm sorry. I checked in at 1AM and there was no bell to ring so I stood around awhile until someone came to the front. There's no pool or hot tub and the breakfast sucks. The only hot food that have are waffles.
