Everything was clean and fresh. Nice staff, good mattress, big bathroom and tub. My only complaint is the pillows were all different, ranging from squishy soft to hard as a brick; it made me glad I brought my own.

Check in was seamless, the suite was lovely, and the building is amazing, with a sweeping view of the city. This was our second stay at the castle and it was just as magical as I remembered.

Could hear all the voices and sounds to the next room. Walls were not anyway soundproofed. Of course, this was stated on a poster. Once you have already entered the room to stay. People in the next room were carrying on laughing and talking until 2:30 a m. Would not recommend.
