The staff were helpful but our room was super hot when we arrived. The heater had been turned to 75 and it was so hot in there all night even after we turned the heater off and opened the window. The hallway was also extremely hot and musty / dirty smelling. Seems like it was in need of new carpet.

Everything was good for a mid-economy budget hotel. The atmosphere was pleasant and the dining room was good. BUT the noise was terrible. We had a second floor room overlooking I-84. There were noisy trucks going by all night long. When we checked in, we asked if we could get a room away from the freeway. We were told that we should have booked the City Suite at $10 more per night. We said that we would do that but were told that since we had booked through Expedia, Oxford Suites could not change our reservation or move us to another room. We got very little sleep. It’s hard to give a hotel a high rating when it’s impossible to get any sleep.
