It was a lovely room. Enjoyed the fireplace, couch, windows and decor. The sofa bed had a very thin mattress and I would not recommend it for an adult or teen of any size. Also I requested a comforter for the sofa bed and staff brought me an extra blanket instead. Beds are on the soft side but still comfortable. Bathroom clean and nice but tub not pristine enough to want to take a bath in. Great stay all around and I would enthusiastically recommend but would rate just short of excellence for above reasons.

Beautiful view!

Birthday family trip with 2 kiddos. The location is unbeatable. We loved being so close to the water and having beautiful views from our balcony. There is so much to do in the area which was great to keep the kids busy and for the adults to enjoy as well. The only disappointment was that the pool area was closed and we were unable to access the hot tub and pool. We will return and hope to have the pool area in working condition.

Gorgeous place

Very nice place, the landscape is very well maintained, very pretty with a variety of flowers. The room very comfortable and gorgeous views from the balcony.

I received an email to say the pool and got tub would be available after Feb 28. We checked in March 8th no pool or hot tub available. No price reduction or compensation offered. The hotel restaurant disregarded our dinner reservation and we didn't get seated for an hour. Ruined the birthday celebration. So disappointing.

The front desk didn’t greet me. Just asked for my name when checking in. Room service told me they were busy and ice cream not a great idea. The housekeeping staff were kind and accommodating. The view impeccable. I would go back.
