Excellent room. Immediate and courteous service. Just reopened after a major remodel, they need to iron a few housekeeping glitches, such as replacing cups, tea, and coffee. I'll be back.

Love the remodel they did. Great spot to stay at only issue was the internet and cable/stream connection did not work so had to change plans to watch Sunday Night Football elsewhere. We will be back and hope that will be fixed.

Clean newly renovated rooms and grounds directly on Bodega Bay. Evidence of the property's changing condition are evident. A somewhat unusual reception and check in process created a few hiccups but were not a major problem.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and would not recommend it. The room was uncomfortably cold. To make matters worse, there were ants inside the coffee maker, and I also noticed other bugs in the room, which was extremely unpleasant and made me question the cleanliness of the space. Several advertised amenities were not available. The hot tub was not working, there was no coffee available in the rooms, and the gym was closed, which was frustrating since these were reasons I chose this hotel. Overall, the lack of basic comfort, cleanliness issues, and unavailable amenities made this a terrible experience. I would not stay here again.

Lisa was a great host at check-in and made sure we were well taken care of. The room was missing paper towels, and a coffee maker in the kitchen. Small hitch to our plans and the paper towels never came. There was no central heat so I had to make sure to use the space heater and fireplace strategically. Was disappointed that a fire pit was listed, and the chat agent said there was one, but come to find out there was no fire pit for s’mores The view was great, and we were very comfortable and easy access to the nearby beach and coffee shop in just a short drive into the main part of town and for beaches to explore! We definitely stay here again

sliding glass door very very hard to lock-no screen and door is on the wrong side of the track making a "track bar"for safety not an option also- i have never stayed anywhere that the bottom sheet was a flat sheet and not fitted texts and emails were not timely for room # and code, Sea Flower voucher
