"No clear signs leading to reception. About 100 steps and 10 different staircases that one have to use to get to your room. Soap dispenser was dirty and had water instead of soap in it. Shower was with curtain only and flooding always the bathroom floor. AC was only in living room. Separate bedroom ..."
