"Our room wasn't ready at arrival. We waited in lobby for about 15 minutes and then we offered a different room. Upon entering room, we discovered bed bugs. We were then moved to the original room we were supposed to have. The staff were friendly. However, we never received any kind of offer of compensation or even contact from management. That was our first and last stay at a Hampton Inn."

"The staff were all incredibly sweet and helpful. We were given great recommendations for places to eat. (The barbecue spot at Cove Lake was outstanding!)The breakfast was delicious and we'll stocked. The room was very comfortable and clean. One of the best parts of our evening was rocking on the rocking chairs out front and watching the sun set over the lake while relaxing on the two-person swings."

"Room was really dirty. Sheets stained. Smelled of cigarettes with burn holes on the bedding. Pool is not functioning right now. Very misleading rooms do not look like the pictures. Also water would not drain after taking a shower. The outside of the property is also very dirty and covered in bird poop. Front desk was friendly and moved us to another room, that was not as bad."
