the property was clearly not a new facility, but it was very clean and quiet and every member of the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very good.

Very clean, well appointed, brightly lit, great breakfast. One of the nicest places I have stayed in a long time. Staff do a great job here.

This is a 2 story hotel/motel layout. Definitely wouldn't take a 1st floor room again. There's virtually no sound insulation between floors. So every step taken by occupants above led to thumping and floor joist creaking. Also, the room temperature varied a lot from when the ac was on vs. off and it was quite noisy when running. There seemed to be a lot of small accessory quality issues. The tv remote needed to be replaced and the phone's message light kept flashing - which the receptionist stated happens a lot even though there no actual message - but she never reset it to stop.
