Charming cottage 1.5km from the city center of Chambéry, historic capital of the Dukes of Savoy, city of Art and History (quiet residential area very close to the University and the Hospital). Bus stop 200m. 18km from the slopes of the family resort of Le Granier and 21km from La Féclaz (world-renowned Nordic cross-country skiing site). Ideally located to radiate in winter as in summer between the Regional Natural Parks of Chartreuse and the Massif des Bauges (alpine and Nordic skiing, hiking, cycling...). 9km from the beach (Lac du Bourget, the largest natural lake in France).
