This condo has a spacious foyer leading to the living and dining area, with a full kitchen and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has two double beds. The private balcony looks out over the beautiful oaks brimming with Spanish moss with a view of the pool. Take the oak-lined paths by foot or bike to the spa and village shops. Stroll across the green space for a short cut to the shops and dining or meander along any of the nine miles of winding paths and trails to enjoy the gorgeous maritime forests and scenery. This is a perfect location for a family or group vacation. While all amenities remain accessible, guests may notice some routine construction noise or activity during the day.

Nice quiet location. Easy access to the beach and pool. You do have to climb stairs.
