Welcome to 1611 Sea Dunes, a beautiful ground-floor oceanfront condo located in the exclusive Amelia Island Plantation. This renovated two-bedroom property boasts all the finest upgrades and is the perfect choice when booking your next Amelia Island vacation rental.

The stunning, fully-stocked kitchen makes it a joy to cook, with new cabinets, countertops, and stainless steel appliances. New furnishings and flooring throughout the property provides guests with the ultimate blend of style and comfort. The two full bathrooms are absolutely gorgeous, having been remodeled with premier finishes.

Situated in the ideal location, 1611 Sea Dunes is just a few steps to the beach. Literally walk right out to the shoreline from the private back patio and enjoy the stunning sunrises, dolphin sightings, and warm, ocean breezes while digging your toes into the sand. The refreshing, newly-renovated community pool is a short two-minute walk away, and guests can access the private tennis courts for an invigorating match with family or friends.

Always attentive to guests' needs, our team has stocked this beautiful Amelia Island condo with everything required for a wonderful stay, including starter supplies and towels for the pool and beach. 1611 Sea Dunes truly is the whole package, both inside and out!

Within the Amelia Island Plantation (AIP), guests can enjoy miles of walking and biking trails that weave across the sprawling 1,340-acre gated community. The community is surrounded by maritime forests, tidal salt marshes and pristine, sandy beaches.

Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered nearby at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP. The closest golf courses are Little Sandy and Oak Marsh but there are many other nice courses in the area.

If venturing out beyond AIP, guests also love to visit the charming Fernandina Beach Historic District, which offers an impressive lineup of dining and shopping options about 20 minutes north.

*Please note that small dog/s may be considered but any dog must be approved by management. The size restrictions in place are no more than two dogs will be allowed for a combined weight of 50 lbs maximum. Guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs. No cats or other pets will be considered.

**Please be advised this property is not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities.” This means there is restricted access to the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center, and shuttle service, and that Racquet Park only offers free play to club members and their guests. The unit has the cutest decor ever! It was spotless. It has a partial view of the ocean and is just a short walk to the beach. We loved the walking trails. Location is gorgeous with large trees and Spanish moss. Amazing restaurants. It rained every day and we didn’t even care because the condo was so wonderful. Beautiful & Nicely Renovated Beachfront Condo

We really enjoyed our recent trip to Amelia Island and look forward to coming back. This was our son’s 1st family vacation so we have such great memories and he had fun too. The condo was in such a great location in a gated plantation too. One of the surprises to us was how close the condo was to the beach which we couldn’t completely tell from the pictures. Everything was very clean, quiet, and the kitchen made cooking in really easy. The Property Manager made everything from booking to arrival easy and was very responsive about our questions. We really enjoyed the beach and shaded walking paths too. The pool looked nice but we ran out of time.

This condo is totally gorgeous, very well appointed and decorated, and it’s in really great shape. It does not feel either like a rental or one that takes dogs. The Omni Amelia Island plantation is a great family friendly location yet also near lots of stuff. The beach is pristine and uncrowded. Small but fun aside: the pool is larger and much more fun than the other buildings which was great for kids. Destination Amelia rentals is easy and super responsive, if needed. You cannot go wrong staying here. My family of 3 (includes a 7 year old boy) had a very hard time leaving and look forward to many returns!

This property was very clean it updated. Had everything we needed, and then some. Would recommend.

Ground floor, which was great with the dogs and older people! This unit is steps to the beach and pool. Very clean and had everything we needed and more! Felt comfortable and safe. Grounds were very well kept. Make sure to ask about the shuttle and gate code to the pool that you will need. Hard to find good restaurants at the resort. Don’t even try to use your GPS. It will lead you all over the place. Take the shuttle as parking is very limited at the resort. The restaurants on the resort were over priced the food was mediocre at best. Found much better food off the resort at local places. Would defiantly recommend this property. Make sure you bring a flashlight for walking after dark.
