This unique flat includes a fully furnished kitchen (quartz countertops, Stainless appliances) two king size bedrooms, two full baths and two patios overlooking the ocean.

Whether you are relaxing on the beach, enjoying the Pool, walking or biking on Summer Beach’s scenic shaded paths, playing tennis, exploring historic Fernandina, shopping, dining or playing golf on one of many fine Island courses, you will find your stay to be filled with fun, adventure and luxury!

Your Sailmaker Condominium is just steps from the Ritz Carlton’s activities and events!

This is a non-smoking unit. Vacation Rental Amenities include:
Two covered patios (one off living room and one off master bedroom suite), HD TV, free hi-speed wireless Internet, three cable TVs, VCR, stereo, CD player, fully furnished kitchen, washer and dryer. All linens and cooking utensils are provided. In addition to two king size beds, the unit has a sectional sofa that can be used for an extra adult or children.

We had a great visit to Amelia Island and the condo was perfect for our group of 4. Very spacious with 2 kings was a huge plus. Took my 80-year-old parents so no steps to the beach was also a selling point. Easy access and great communication with Brenda throughout the entire process.
