We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront property. The location truly can’t be beat, with stunning views of the ocean and incredible sunrises each morning that made our stay feel extra special. The home itself was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. We also appreciated the welcome bottle of wine, which was such a kind and personal touch. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway by the beach.

The host was an excellent communicator. The condo was very clean. It was well stocked with kitchen utensils, knives, dishes, bathroom towels, soap and shampoo, toilet paper, etc. The property is gorgeous, with a lovely heated pool, and has direct access to a beautiful sandy beach.

The house was immaculate and everything lived up to our expectations as our friend’s wedding was hosted nearby. The pool and beach access is incredible too. This was my first time to Amelia island and I plan on bringing my immediate family and parents back here. Thank you Matt! My only quarrel is actually with the VRBO app, which did not show the full listing of the property (to myself or friends) so scroll all the way to the bottom to check all T&C’s.

Very impressed. Every area of this house was outfitted with whatever was needed from the kitchen to the linens. It was beautifully decorated, and we could not have asked for anything better. We had a couple of minor issues that was handled quickly and efficiently.

Great property, in an ideal location, with all the amenities! Would definitely recommend. Only issue with being on the ground floor was that you could hear all the footsteps above. But pros far outweighed any cons so again, would highly recommend. Pool was awesome. Beach as well.

Perfect!

I would give this 10 Stars if possible. We have stayed in many VRBO properties! No doubt, this was the Diamond! The property, pool, ocean and Hosts were great! Everyone in our family agreed that this was the best property we have every used and we will be back!

Property was great!

Property was great and the facility was clean. It looked as advertised. I was very well pleased. The only disappointment was the upper levels that other families occupied. They stomped all day and all night constantly. They kept the pool area messy. They did not remove their things when leaving the pool area. However, the property was great and I would definitely stay again. Just not with that many guests occupying the other units.

Everything we wanted

5 star!1st class! better accommodations than expected. Just a few minor issues We were on the first floor and wow how you could hear every foot step and running children above. The front bedroom maybe needed blackout curtains from the parking lot coming and goings. There wasn’t anything we needed that you didn’t even provide. Also thanks for the TV with great cable.

Awesome location, beautiful condo

The condo was in a great location and just as pictured. The property management always responded and was easy to work with. The condo is very nice and had ample paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags.

Family Christmas with adult children

We met at this location in early December from different parts of the county. Easy access to JAX. Accommodations just as shown on site, beautiful. We all had plenty of room to relax. The rooms are all large and comfortable. Lots of towels and kitchen supplies for everything we needed, and more. Loved the morning walks on the beach, bike rental and Pickleball. Next time, I think we would just have biked delivered to the property. Appreciated all of the recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area, we perused it often. Would definitely recommend this property.

Best 40th!

We had an amazing time staying at Lookout #1. From the moment we arrived we knew it was going to be wonderful. Our unit was immaculate and beautifully designed and decorated. The heated pool and beach were lovely and very relaxing. We all plan on making a return visit!

The Perfect Stay!

This property did not disappoint. We were thrilled with the accommodations and amenities this property provided. The beach is just steps away and the pool in refreshing after a day on the beach. The location is perfect as you can get to either end of the island easily. Although there are great places to eat on the island the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a great meal at home. We thoroughly enjoyed the complementary bottle of wine that was waiting on us at check-in. Would highly recommend this for a family vacation.

Great gathering place

Beautiful, comfortable, well designed and nicely decorated. Great floor plan and well-equipped kitchen with a great layout. Loved being on the ground floor. Back patio is great. Awesome to be on the beach, and great to have a pool. Somehow, the pool water is cooled so that it’s refreshing even on very hot days. Host is super responsive. Highly recommend this place and hope to return!
