Experience Sawgrass like a local in this fabulous 3-bedroom condominium. The unit is poolside and mere steps to the Atlantic Ocean. The space features 1 king bed, 2 queen murphy beds, and 2 futons, perfect for a group getaway. Enjoy the welcoming atmosphere with amenities like WiFi, AC, washing machine, dryer, soft water and spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. The 3 bathrooms come equipped with a bidet in each bathroom! Shower seats are in all of the showers and the master has a small bathtub for bathing the babies. The beds fold into the wall in the two additional bedrooms so the kids have plenty of room to play. The master bedroom has an ocean view and the blue and brown bedrooms front the pool. Love to fish? Look no further than the sand and surf. Make sandcastles, watch for turtles hatching, and find hundreds of sharks teeth just steps from your front door. Enjoy the night from your balcony with the sounds of the ocean and the cool breeze that comes with it. This is a luxurious place to be; you will not want to leave!

Marla the Magnificent is what I refer to the host as. She is so super on top of making sure your stay is as perfect as can be. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediarely. The condo is amazing. Three bedroom/three bath all showers with bidets was exactly what we were looking for. Each room has a large tv in it for independence and living room has surround sound for family movie nights. The peace and quiet with the ocean was perfect for times of relaxation. The beach and pool were never crowded. We did a month rental while staying at Mayo. Its a short drive there and no traffic. There is covered parking and a 24 hr gated entrance making you feel more secure. You will not be disappointed! It's exactly as it appears in the photos and even better once you are there experiencing it.

My husband and I had a marvelous stay in Sawgrass! The incredible hospitality of our host made our stay even more special and made it feel like home. The location is unbeatable! From sunrise to sunset, the view of the beach from the porch is spectacular. The close proximity to the beach and pool, as well as being a short drive from restaurants and golf, made relaxing during our stay a breeze. We enjoyed our time here and can not wait to book another stay here soon!
