Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.

The home itself is breathtaking and WOW the backyard. The dishes, trashbags and extras were a big bonus! We loved our stay and would go back. Only little negative was beach wasnt close enough to walk or really get a a golf cart like we hoped but the pool was better anyway.

Perfect family getaway, amazing backyard!

Beautiful modern home, the backyard and pool is just amazing. No need to go to the beach everything you need for fun in the sun is right there. Well equipped kitchen perfect for large family meals inside and out. We especially loved all the seating for everyone inside and outside. Thanks for a great place to have our long weekend in Jax Beach. :)

Amazing Property - Perfect In Every Way

This house is absolutely amazing in every way. It is in a great neighborhood and walk to the park and five minute drive to the beach. The house was clean and spotless and had more amenities than any Vrbo I've stayed at before. The property manager was easy to communicate with and very attentive. The pool was clean, warm and so much fun. I could spend endless days in the backyard. Life is better at this place.

Relaxing week March 2023

The Islander home was exactly what we expected. Outdoor space was so relaxing & made it easy to just “hang out”. We had kids and adults staying for the week and everyone was entertained! The beach was close to the house and the host even provided beach chairs/umbrella to take with us. We found plenty of great dinner spots in the evening. Close enough to St. Augustine that if you wanted to go for a visit or to tour downtown, you can! The swings out by the backyard bar were our favorite “fun feature”. The hosts pay attention to detail… for example: we checked in Saturday, the teens played corn hole in the back Sat evening. The boards had some wear from the weather, but we would not have said anything they worked just fine. Sunday we were gone for the day and when we got back to the house someone had been by and swapped out the corn hole boards with new ones. Again, we didn’t mention it or ask. They noticed it and took care of it. All communication with the host was efficient/clear & quick! We will def. Plan another trip!

Most amazing backyard!

This house was a dream to stay in! We reserved it for a family get together, and the highlight of this house was the backyard! It is perfect for entertaining, hosting dinners, barbecues, you name it. The view of the pool from the outdoor kitchen really makes it feel you are on a tropical vacation. Everyone in our group raved about the outdoor kitchen and how they had to have one at home. It was truly a treat to be able to entertain our family and friends there. The house had everything we needed and was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It felt as though we were right at home. And everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were! Mike and the Welcome Home team were a dream to work with making our stay as seamless as possible. We can’t wait to book this property again.

Vacation Oasis!

Cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay! We didn't want to leave the property! The backyard space and pool area are simply spectacular. The pictures does not do this house justice. It was so beautiful inside and out and less than 5 minutes from the beach. The lizards kept me from enjoying the beautiful backyard but everyone else enjoyed it and that's all that matters. It definitely doesn't take away from how beautiful and peaceful the backyard is. ❤
