Clean and attractive

We enjoyed our week stay here. The condo is very clean and had everything we needed and then some. It's obvious the owners put some time and thought into this place. It didn't seem like 'just a rental'. Our only gripe--and it was a big one for us--was the bed in the master bedroom. It felt totally worn out and uncomfortable. I know the owners pointed out that a bed's comfort is a personal preference but seriously, it felt soft and saggy, and neither of us got a good night's sleep. Other than that, I'd definitely recommend this unit.

Lovely condo

We had a lovely week here. Our first time to Amelia Island and we enjoyed it very much. This condo was immaculate and the property manager very responsive and helpful. The only glitch was the washer/dryer combo. It worked fine for clothing, but when I put a load of towels in, it just couldn’t dry them completely. Had to dry only a few towels at a time and it took forever. And the kitchen fridge opens the wrong way, which was awkward. Otherwise,it was as advertised. Great beach!

Absolutely wonderful place!

This was a beautiful condo sitting right on the beach and not too far from the downtown area. It was still quiet with a fantastic view of the beach. This particular condo is right next to the stairwell and only on the second floor making coming and going quiet and easy. Extra towels and blankets were readily available which is something I always want in my VRBO! Thank you for the coffee set up and overall making our stay really comfortable.

Great place, very clean and comfortable. Enough space for four, very good for two people. As advertised, two bathrooms and a great deck for watching the sunrise. The House are very responsive to questions.

Great stay!

My husband and I stayed with our 3 kids, 14yo,11yo and 5 yo. The condo was just as advertised. Very nicely decorated with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of bath and beach towels provided. My only suggestions would be overhead lights and ceiling fans. It’s set up more like a hotel with only lamps so it can get a bit dark in the evening. And also would have loved ceiling fans in the bedrooms as they got a bit stuffy at night. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Ketch Courtyard never disappoints

We had a great time at the Ketch Courtyard property. It was beautiful, very clean, and supplied with all we needed for a wonderful few days at the beach. The property management was very helpful and easy to access when I had a question. We have stayed at Ketch for a very long time and were pleased to find this property available for a great price on short notice and for a few nights. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

We were celebrating our granddaughter’s 10th birthday. We all had an incredible time. The beach was on our doorstep. She wanted to spend as much time as possible there. There were plenty of other things to do in the area and great food. Thanks for great memories.

201 Ketchyard

We had a problem with the W/D all in one. Trying to dry towels; they just never dried. You could hear the machine constantly releasing water and the dryer got hot, but we would put the towels thru 4-6 cycles and never got them dry! I'm sorry, we tried to wash more before we left, but it didnt happen because they just would not dry. We never found a lint screen to clean either. When we washed regular clothes, we ran the dryer a couple of times, then just hung things to finish drying. The vent on the microwave would not come on above the stove. Couch and chair were not too comfortable in the den. The closet in the room with twin beds was locked, so we had to pile things in the master closet. We did sweep and vacuum before we left; hope that helped. We absolutely loved the beach; that's what we came for.
