Awesome Blue Bungalow and Awesone Hosts!

This bungalow is adorable and clean! The decor is fresh, but functional. The beds and furniture were upscale and comfy. Plenty of closet space for clothing and other items. We have a small dog so it was wonderful having a fenced in yard. The backyard has pleasant landscaping with nice Adirondack chairs and an easy to use electric grill and outdoor dining table. We were close to lots of grocery stores as well as the Mayo clinic and beach. The adjustable bed was a surpring benefit! Good access to internet and new smart TVs had great pictures. The hosts are very nice and were easily contacted when we had questions. Couldn't ask for better hosts than Rick and Mindi! We will definitely stay again.

Wedding weekend

Rented this property for a three day weekend with another couple. The place was clean and well furnished. The owners were responsive and the neighborhood was on a dead end street and was very quiet. If we return to Jacksonville again we will be staying here.

The Blue Bungalow is beautiful, feels new and remodeled with everything you could possibly need. Mindi and Rick were great at touching base. Everything is as described. I cannot wait to return and plan on staying here every time I come to Jacksonville to be with my family who lives close by. Thank you!

Great bungalow

We enjoyed our stay at this darling bungalow, everything was spotless, the yard is very lush and pretty. The pictures on VRBO are 100% accurate. Rick and Mindi, the owners, currently live on the property and are available to answer any questions and “show you the ropes”. They were very engaging and we enjoyed meeting and talking with them.
