Lovely new facility. Rooms are a tad smaller than older hotels. No plain black tea available for grab and go breakfast, but they are looking to include in the future. Great staff!

We were in Jacksonville for the FL High School State Track & Field Championship. We loved the roominess and amenities of the room—-Dishes, full refrigerator and stove (though we didn’t have time to use that). There were great charging stations in the room & we enjoyed Netflix movies and microwaved kettle corn in our room at night. We walked to a restaurant just up the road & trekked to a nice regional park a little over a mile up the road. The hotel staff were all friendly and knowledgeable and quick to help in every way. This is a good place to stay.

Hotel room was in great condition, very comfortable, full size fridge is nice w freezer to refreeze cold packs. Don’t always see this in hotels. Small kitchen is nice to cook meals. Every staff member we encountered was exceptional. Nice/clean fitness center and laundry room. Grab & Go breakfast consists of coffee, tea, muffins, granola bars, oranges, and overripe bananas. A suggestion would be to provide a carafe of water as well. I did not realize during booking that there is no pool. But Overall a great stay.

I can not say enough good things about this place! Everything was great. The front desk employees we friendly, courteous, and very professional. The other staff were also friendly and willing to help anyone needing anything. The entire place was clean and smelled amazing! Our beds and bedding were so comfy, I didn't want to get out of it. The towels were large and fluffy, the shampoo and body soap was excellent and smelled great. We have another trip there in August and will definitely be booking our room here as soon as I know the days

This was a new hotel. Pretty sure no one had stayed in our room before. Hotel is super clean! It was quiet except we could hear people walking on the floor above us. The hotel is close to a lot of good places to eat too. Would stay here again.

We were one of the first guest to stay at the hotel and I believe the first to stay in the room we had. The grounds were nice. The room was spacious and neatly kept. The staff were very nice and helpful. Since it is new, the staff seemed to be working through figuring out how their system works with checking guest in but we were patient and understood the wait. Overall, it's in a great location and I'd definite return for another stay.
