It started out the most amazing trip one could ask for, from the amenities to Just overall service. Up until the next day I was booked for a late check out but at 9am while i was naked going Thur my bag for a snack a house keeper walked in. I then contacted the front desk to let them know what had happened they apologized n said they would fix it only for them the come back at 10:57 while i was headed to the bathroom n walk in again while i was naked. No one did anything i feel bothered like my privacy was invaded im 8 mths pregnant n perfer to not have clothes on but apparently this wasn’t something this hotel was focusing on cause all they did was say they are sorry no one was or anything was done about the way i was treated

5 stars for whaaaaaaaat?!$%?

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you’re looking for a hotel that feels like a warm hug from your grandma but with way better WiFi, look no further than the Hampton Inn Jacksonville. First off, the lady at the front desk? Absolute legend. I walked in expecting the usual “Hi, welcome,” but no—she greeted me like I was returning home from war. 10/10 hospitality. Breakfast? Oh, you mean the buffet of champions? Parking? Smoother than my last breakup. Plenty of spots, easy to access, and zero shady activity unless you count me trying to sneak extra muffins from breakfast. Now, the elevator. Is it fast? No. Is it slow? Also no. It’s in that perfect limbo where you have enough time to reflect on life decisions, exchange life stories with a stranger, and possibly start a small business with your newfound elevator bestie. By the time I got to my floor, I had three new LinkedIn connections and an invite to a family reunion. All in all? Easiest 5-star review of my life. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Would I recommend it? Only if you’re cool enough to handle the raw luxury of a slightly slow elevator.

Bed is extremely firm and there's not always a person at the desk when you're trying to find one. Laundry is coin-operated, and there's no hot tub. But breakfast was great and it was clean!

The hotel itsdelf was great. Good breakfast, clean room, easy parking. The bathroom sink had a slow drain. Reported this in person to the front desk on Saturday morning. They promised to take care of it. Sunday, the same thing. Slow drain. Monday, still the same. Not what I expected of the Hampton Inn.
